Members also benefit from the Home Health Score, a simple rating system that reflects the overall condition and performance of the property, along with the Home Health Logbook, which documents inspections, maintenance, and repairs to create a clear history of the home's care. Additional benefits include Homeowner Advisory services for guidance on repair decisions and property improvements, a 15% discount on repairs, and Priority Emergency Response for faster support when urgent issues arise.
