The Performance Home Health Plan provides essential inspections, preventive maintenance, and professional guidance to help homeowners detect early issues, maintain home systems, and protect their property value. Homes function as complex systems, and regular monitoring helps identify developing problems before they turn into expensive repairs. This plan includes one Comprehensive Home Health Inspection per year, a full evaluation of the property's structure, moisture risk, safety concerns, and major systems. In addition, members receive one Home Health Check visit per year, designed to monitor developing conditions such as early moisture intrusion, system performance changes, and signs of wear that may affect the home over time. The plan also includes two Home Tune-Up service visits per year (up to 45 minutes per visit). During these visits we perform minor adjustments, preventive maintenance tasks, and system checks to help keep the home operating efficiently and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures. Members receive Moisture Risk Monitoring, helping identify early signs of water intrusion in vulnerable areas before structural damage or mold problems develop. The plan includes an Annual Property Health Report summarizing the home's overall condition and recommended actions to maintain property performance and value. Homeowners also benefit from the Home Health Score, a simple rating system reflecting the overall condition and performance of the property, along with the Home Health Logbook, which documents inspections, maintenance, and repairs to create a clear record of the home's care. Additional benefits include Homeowner Advisory services for guidance on repairs and improvements, a 10% repair discount, and Priority Service Scheduling when assistance is needed. The Performance Plan provides reliable preventive care and professional oversight to help homeowners stay ahead of costly problems and maintain the long-term health of their home.
