This score provides an easy way to monitor improvements and better understand the health of the home. To maintain proper documentation, members receive access to the Home Health Logbook, which records inspections, maintenance recommendations, and repairs. This creates a clear history of the home’s care and can be valuable for long-term property management and future real estate transactions.
